Solomon Deborah Omowumi

Founder & CEO

Founder

Deborah founded One Ekiti with the vision to build a resilient virtual community for digital innovation and social transformation. She is in charge of the management and administrative direction of the company.

She has worked for a wide variety of brands, corporate agencies, and organisations. She is an experienced social media strategist, model, and social activist. She was named top model at the Campushubb 2019 Awards and has been featured in lifestyle periodicals including Rainbow Magazine and MyStreetz Magazine. She was a member of the Ekiti State Judicial Panel of Inquiry which was constituted to review all allegations of human rights violations against Police Officers including officers of the disbanded SARS and other Persons.

Deborah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Ekiti State University, Nigeria. She is skilled in business strategy, marketing, online reputation management, media relations, and promotional agenda.

A hands-on founder and CEO, Deborah is passionate about entrepreneurship and helping brands grow, accessing new markets, increasing target audience, securing partnerships and delivering PR success. She has added a dynamic dimension and style to the firm. Deborah also runs a fabrics business, DW Closet, where she sells varieties of fabrics and explores the fashion world.

Tosin Durodola

Research & Public Policy

Tosin's work cuts across research, public policy, and digital communications.

He has a proven track record of collaborating with think tanks to provide evidence-based, data-driven research on international migration and displacement. He has also led digital communication projects with government, non-profits, and research centres.

Tosin is currently focused on data analysis and economics to evaluate development issues, poverty alleviation and social programs, governance accountability, and organisational operations.

Tanimola Ayomide Kolade

Administrative Head

Tanimola Kolade is a Digital Communications expert and holds a degree in Accounting and a Diploma in Financial Literacy. Following an extensive career in the banking sector spanning over 9 years, in 2018 he initiated the Ekiti Class Captain platform to primarily promote Ekiti State and serve as an advocacy platform for youth development.

In 2019 he convened Ekiti Kini, a socio-political platform targeted at advancing the Ekiti-first narrative and where developmental issues affecting the state are dissected and discussed without recourse to party affiliations.

Tanimola Kolade is also the Team Lead of Kofra Media Services, a digital communications and creative firm in Ekiti State.

In recognition of his efforts in using social media to change youth narratives in Ekiti State, he was sworn in as the pioneer State PRO of the Nigerian Youth Congress, a position he held until 2023. In 2021 he was one of the 25 youths awarded the Omoluabi Award — Ekiti Youth Outstanding Personalities by the Ekiti State Government to Celebrate Ekiti at 25. He was named by Global Owl Africa as one of the 30 most influential young persons in Ekiti State for 2020.

He is an alumnus of Interweave Solutions USA, Plateau State Polytechnic Barkin Ladi, and Ekiti State University — a certified Digital Journalist (Reuters/Facebook), Product Manager, Social Media Manager and Digital Marketer.

He is currently the Special Assistant on Digital Communications to Governor Biodun Oyebanji of Ekiti State.

Deji-Alade Tejumade

Logistics & Protocol Manager

Deji-Alade Tejumade is the Creative Director at Mhaddey's Beads.

An accomplished professional with a degree in Plant Science and Biotechnology from Ekiti State University. Currently serving as Creative Director at Mhaddey's Beads, a renowned craft business specialising in the production of high-quality accessories made from beads and beautiful stones. Leveraging her educational background and creative expertise, she has grown to become a skilled artisan in designing and crafting unique, fashion-forward products that cater to a discerning clientele. She is committed to driving innovation, quality, and exceptional customer satisfaction within the craft industry.

Abayomi Ogundile

Media & Communications Manager

Abayomi Ogundile is a multi-talented individual with a diverse range of skills and accomplishments. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Ekiti State University and has acquired professional certifications in Creative Art and Design, Media and Governance Ethics, Project Management, and Health, Safety, Security & Environment.

With a solid foundation in communication strategy, Abayomi previously served as a Communications Strategist in the Office of the Special Adviser to the Governor on Governance, Reforms, and Innovation, Ekiti State, and is currently the Media and Communications Officer for the Ekiti State Development and Investment Promotion Agency (EKDIPA).

Abayomi is the convener of Shawarma Fest (Ekiti Food Festival) and Most Beautiful Girl in Ekiti State University. He is also the CEO of Ice Republic Lounge and Shawarma Boy's Place.

Demola Okunola

Oluwamayowa Solomon

Creative Head

Oluwamayowa is a creative talent who studied Theatre and Media Arts at Ekiti State University. A skilled media person and designer.

He is the CEO of Nimmaks Gallery, a photography, videography, cinematography, and graphic design hub.

With a keen interest in entertainment, he is an expert in nightlife business and currently manages a lounge in the city of Ado Ekiti, Miami Bay. Oluwamayowa is also the Founder and CEO of Estrano Republik, an entertainment company that organises events and manages talents.
